Scope
This policy covers information, systems, applications, facilities, processes, and personnel under RFI’s control, including information handled during customer projects and services (digital and physical forms).
Key Principles
- Access Control: Access is granted on the principle of least privilege and reviewed regularly.
- Data Protection: Sensitive information is classified and protected in transit and at rest; retention and secure disposal are enforced.
- Secure Development & Change: Changes follow secure development and change-control practices with testing and approvals.
- Supplier Security: Third parties are assessed and contractually required to meet security obligations; performance is monitored.
- Logging & Monitoring: Security-relevant activity is logged and reviewed to detect and respond to potential issues.
- Incident Response: Security incidents are managed under defined procedures, and notifiable breaches are reported in line with legal requirements.
