RFI’s direct supply relationship with the world’s largest inverter manufacturer, SMA is now in place with the first shipment of inverters and other products arriving in early April.
New TL range of transformerless grid inverters
SMA’s TL range of transformerless grid inverters in single phase from 3 kW to 11 kW is now certified to AS4777 and will be included in our 1st April price list.
These inverters are much lighter than their equivalents with transformers and also feature leading edge technology:
- Record-breaking high maximum efficiency of 98% for 6 kW to 11 kw models, 97% for 4 and 5 kW models
- Optitrac MPP control
- 4 and 5 kW units feature Bluetooth communication as standard

New, easy to install and use for
Solar Schools Programs
SMA has introduced the user friendly and easy to install SchoolMeterBox for monitoring of power consumption in a grid connect PV system, which is a requirement of the National Solar Schools Program. The unit easily integrates via Sunny WebBox to display power consumption from a suitable meter on Flashview and Sunny Portal.
