At RFI our fundamental goal is to deliver total customer satisfaction.
As an essential component towards achieving this goal we commit ourselves to a policy of Total Quality Management which includes establishing and operating a company wide Quality Management system.
Everyone at RF Industries is responsible for quality. Our design, manufacturing,
sales and operations staff are involved in the on-going process of quality
improvement, both in services and product.
Our policy is to relentlessly improve quality in measurable ways. We will not
knowingly supply any product or service that fails to meet customer requirements.
We will support our products or services with uncompromising integrity.
We will provide the training, support, development and time to ensure that our
objectives are achieved and we will involve in this process our own staff, our
suppliers and our customers.
In order to ensure that our policy is honoured and our objectives are satisfied, we
have developed and implemented a comprehensive Quality Management System,
based on AS/NZS ISO 9001: 2008 requirements.
